帮利茶业董事长张朝斌先生对这个问题深有感触,尽管根植茶行业二十五年，但他对茶叶、茶饮和脚下这片土地的热爱依旧深邃且激情满怀。

Mr. Zhang Chaobin, chairman of Benny, has deep feelings about this problem. Although he has been rooted in the tea industry for 25 years, his love for tea, tea drinking and the land under his feet is still deep and passionate.

几十年来，他循着茶香用脚步丈量了世界许多地方的茶园，因为看过、听过路过、遇见过，所以才更想通过一己之力为茶行业的发展多做些贡献，为后来者留下些具有参考价值的经验。

Over the past few decades, he has followed the fragrance of tea and measured the tea gardens in many areas of the world. Because of what he saw and heard, he wants to make more contributions to the development of the tea industry and leave some valuable experience for later generations.

在探访不同产茶地区和国家后，张朝斌先生意识到经济发展应与环境保护齐头并进，在总书记“绿水青山就是金山银山”理念的影响下，决定去探寻茶叶工厂现代化、可持续性的新可能。

After visiting different tea producing regions and countries, Mr. Zhang Chaobin realized that economic development should go hand in hand with environmental protection. Under the influence of the General Secretary's concept of "Lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets.", he decided to explore new possibilities for the modernization and sustainability of tea factories.

2022年，帮利茶业成立25周年之际，在福州的后花园——永泰，投资成立福州新之源生态农业科技发展有限公司，建立一座集茶产业制造、产品展示、中国传统茶品和茶道展示、茶叶手工制作与茉莉花窨花过程体验、茶饮共享互动空间、网红旅游观光等多位一体的“一站式”现代化茶业工业园。

In 2022, on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the founding of Benny, Foochow Xinzhiyuan Ecological Agriculture Technology Development Co., Ltd. was invested and established in Yongtai, the back garden of Foochow, to establish a "One-Stop" modern tea industrial park integrating tea industry manufacturing, product display, Chinese traditional tea products and tea ceremony display, tea handmade and jasmine scenting process experience, tea drinking sharing interactive space,Internet celebrity tourism and so on.

设计灵感—道法自然

园区位于永泰的母亲河大樟溪畔，一期建设面积 36000㎡，周围山明水秀，溪流环绕，与著名风景区天门山仅一路之隔，风景优美，交通便利。

The park is located on the Bank of Dazhang River, the mother river in Yongtai. Phase I covers a construction area of 36000 square meters. It is surrounded by beautiful mountains ，rivers and  streams. It is only one way away from the famous scenic spot Tianmen Mountain. It has beautiful scenery and convenient transportation.

该项目是帮利在全国范围内投资建设的三个现代化茶业工业园区项目之一，三个项目累计建设面积12万㎡，另两处分别位于福建省宁德市寿宁县（宁德市帮利茶业有限公司）和广西壮族自治区横州市（广西中肯茶业有限公司）。

The project is one of the three modern tea industrial park projects invested and constructed by Benny throughout the country. The three projects have a cumulative construction area of 120，000 square meters,The other two are located in Shouning County, Ningde City, Fujian Province (Ningde Benny Tea Industry Co., Ltd.) and Hengzhou City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region (Guangxi Zhongken Tea Co., Ltd.).

“一站式”网红园区

"ONE STOP"ONLINE RED PARK WITH FUJIAN CHARACTERISTICS

这是一座既具有地方特色又符合基本现代化工厂使用需求的特色建筑，我们在尝试实现茶业工厂现代化的另一种可能。

This is a characteristic building with local characteristics and meeting the needs of basic modern chemical plants. We are trying to realize another possibility of the modernization of tea factories.

——展示中心主入口

整个建筑将把传统、自然与现代科技相结合。汲取福州传统建筑的精华，巧妙的融合了福州古建筑中标志性的马鞍墙元素，形成连续起伏的飞檐屋面和风火山墙；同时借鉴永泰庄寨的建筑外形，让园区的外曲线优美又极具韵律感。

The whole building will combine tradition, nature and modern technology. The essence of Foochow traditional architecture is ingeniously integrated into the landmark saddle wall elements of ancient buildings in Foochow, forming continuous ups and downs of eaves and volcano gables. At the same time, the architectural shape of Yongtai village is used for reference to make the outer curve of the park beautiful and rhythmic.

最后，张朝斌先生还别出心裁的在屋顶建造茶园，在靠大樟溪的一侧设计了玻璃茶室，让观众能够享受 360 度的山景和淙淙溪流的自然景观，有望成为下一个网红地标。

Finally, Mr. Zhang Chaobin also creatively built a tea garden on the roof and designed a glass teahouse on the side near Dazhang River, so that the audience can enjoy the 360 degree mountain view and the natural landscape of gurgling streams, which is expected to become the next network red landmark.

更深入的茶文化体验中心

Deeper tea culture

从建筑外围的竹林廊道，到院内的花园、体验中心，再到屋顶茶室，整个园区将采茶、制茶和品茶融于一体，通过视觉、听觉、触觉、味觉多方面的感官呈现，给观众带来沉浸式的多重体验。

From the bamboo corridor outside the building, to the garden and experience center in the hospital, and then to the roof teahouse, the whole park integrates tea picking, tea making and tea tasting, and brings immersive multiple experiences to the audience through the sensory presentation of vision, hearing, touch and taste.

——外围参观廊道

嗅一缕茶香，品一方文化。这里是钢筋水泥里的“世外桃源，步入其中来一场放松的穿越之旅。

Smell  tea and taste  culture. This is a "paradise" in reinforced concrete, stepping into it to have a relaxing journey.

世界茶看中国，中国茶看福建。福建的“茶”更是有1000余年的历史。园区建成后，帮利将携手福州新之源生态农业科技发展有限公司，一起立足福州，让福建茶走出福建、走向世界，同时我们会以福州为科研开发、生产加工中心，辐射福建全省和全国的其它产茶区，起到带动和联动的效果，未来可期。

World tea depends on China, and Chinese tea depends on Fujian. Fujian's "tea" has a history of more than 1000 years. After the completion of the park, Benny will join hands with Fuzhou Xinzhiyuan ecological agricultural science and Technology Development Co., Ltd. to base itself on Foochow and make Fujian tea go out of Fujian and into the world. At the same time, we will take Fuzhou as the scientific research, development, production and processing center, radiate other tea producing areas in Fujian Province and the whole country, and play the effect of driving and linkage, which can be expected in the future.

功成不居，我们希望通过一己之力为茶行业的发展做出应有的贡献，为后来者留下有参考价值的经验。

We hope to make due contributions to the development of the tea industry through our own efforts and leave valuable experience for the latecomers.

One country's soil and water nourishes another. At the end of last century, Benny was established in Foochow and began to set foot in the tea industry. Over the past 25 years, together with the tea industry, we have witnessed the rise of Chinese tea. My peace of mind is my hometown. I have been rooted in Foochow for decades. The constant tea heart has promoted the continuous progress of Benny. We also hope to move towards the future with this long-standing city!
